Crime in this city is at world record highs, from petty theft to kidnapping and federal building heists; law enforcement is now trained to shoot first then ask questions later and those that are innocent are often caught in the crossfire. You need to be on the top if you're going to survive: - Heist stores and banks to boost your notoriety! - Battle other players who stand in your way to riches! - Beware local law enforcement and national guard!
