Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
Deep in the deserts of Algeria, lies this base of operations for the secretive organization known only as R.I.A. The forward operations base for all African operations of R.I.A. as well as the standalone connection to everything in the continent. A major RIA base containing many secrets - and guards to protect them. Try to find out these secrets, if you dare. Or protect them and keep order in the area. It is your choice.
