Fort Arthur, located in an unnamed forest in Wyoming, was built in 20XX. This was a temporary base of operations of the Unusual Incidents Unit when SCP-001 attacked the United States of America in full force. Now it has been re-purposed as a training center that is currently used to help polish UIU Agents' aim.
