Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
[7/8/2022] - [9/20/2024 and beyond] A tiny home along the coastline. [context]: The Kasita was a tiny home by startup Kasita based in Austin, Texas, United States. It was to be affordable, modular, and prefabricated, meaning it could be quickly prebuilt, to be shipped off to it's destination. Though, the company went under around ~2019, being taken over by a luxury hotel startup. Since then, it seems the name has been lost to time (other than some remaining articles on the original home). I was always interested by its contemporary external design, and it's comfortable, yet compact interior. Many people might find its design to be boring and uninspired (which is understandable), but I always really liked how it looked. I began this project as an imagination of how I'd personalize my own Kasita. Growth history is still building. We hold one measurement for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
