📍 Research Containment Facility - Pheonix Eclipse 📝 Founded on Jaunuary 24th, 2007, APE has remained notorious among the SCP foundation for operating with minimal supervision from the O5-council. The exact whereabouts of the facility are classified for non-site personnel due to security concerns. 📝 This facility does not take place in the traditional SCP Universe and is currently overseen by the current acting regional overseer, O5-1, "The Founder." 🖥️ Frequent testing occurs within the walls of the facility, and some say you can still hear the voices of old test subjects echoing around the depths. ✒️ Interested in joining?
