Roosevelt, the United States Government sanctioned the creation of the Freak Protection Program (FPP). The FPP’s primary directive was the containment, study, and potential weaponization of anomalous biological and technological phenomena, hereafter classified as “Freaks.” To facilitate this, a covert, heavily fortified installation—designated Freakatron 3000—was constructed in an undisclosed location within the continental United States.
