A memorial for the Russian leader and conqueror of NAPTO named "Escalator" who fought bravely in the NRA Civil War alongside the USU in order to put an end to CSTO's corruption in Russia and their power in the Russian Federation. Escalator retired a few months after putting Russia back on the right path, and gave Crimea to the USU Organization. In order to honor his legacy, the USU constructed a statue of him in Sevastopol, Crimea.
