This game is a survival horror-fiction It is September 4, 1980, and a recent chemical accident has left everything destroyed, well, it has caused microscopic beings to mutate, and you, you are a doctor who was doing his night shift in this Hospital named "XEPA" and you have been locked up, because the place has been closed completely, no one knows there are still living beings in there, because they have all died, and now you must survive for your life..
