Ruktera is a manufactory in Proto-Zorantyan territory formerly occupied by the Zorani tribe of Proto-Zorantyans. This facility was built in the early days of Zorant Independence movement, nobody even knew if it was going to survive. Ruktera was owned by the Tekorun Vilkan conglomerate, who were renowned by both humans and zorants alike for their creations and industrial prowess. Despite Ruktera's extremely small size, it must have been fairly important for Tekorun Vilkan due to the fairly expensive resources left at the facility prior to it's abandonment, some which haven't been found in other facilities prior. Remnants of old weapons, power armour, etc. were known to be produced at Ruktera and today still reside. The information and technology left in Ruktera make it a prime target for raiders and human resistance agents. Whoever holds this point holds vital technology. Ratios: 5v5-7v7
