Kikuchiba City <><><><><> Kikuchiba City was one of the major three cities ruled by Vaxellion. The overall environment and atmosphere consisted of deep wasteland of endless forests and isolation. Some of the residents has taken up arms to fight against the government. <><><><><> All rules are located in our communications. But some of them consist of the following: 1: Any XPLT both listed and unlisted will be banned. 2: No mercing unless permission beforehand. 3: No preflooding or uniform raiding. 4: Use sense, if you know it's wrong then its 95% likely you are in the wrong.
