📍 The island of Çanakkale is located in the north-west of Çanakkale Strait, in Gökçeada district. The Greek name Imbros (Imbrus) was given the name Imroz by the Ottoman Turks, and in 1970 it took the name Gökçeada. It is believed that the Greek name Imbros comes from Imraşşa, which means "open area/open land" in Luvice. You can learn the rules of our game from the link below.
