In response, a secret organization known as Operation Hegemony began gathering support, planning to overthrow the dictator. Eventually, the MSB caught wind of the group’s existence and seized the opportunity to crush the Army’s influence. Officers were fired, treason charges were fabricated against random soldiers, and a cascade of punitive measures firmly placed the MSB in control. After all, you couldn’t change a country without controlling the power structure. Or could you? The Army struck first. When trucks marked with white Hs for Hegemony appeared at Austhena’s gates, chaos erupted. Outnumbering the loyalists three to one, and with many armed foreign visitors encroaching upon the city, the fate of the MSB and the dictator was sealed.
