Himuka City <><><><><> Himuka City is considered an advanced city owned by Vaxellion. The city is known to be one with many technology used to help the empire grow in various ways. This is one of the few cities where modern-day vehicles properly exist. <><><><><> All rules are located in our communications. But some of them consist of the following: 1: Any XPLT both listed and unlisted will be banned. 2: No mercing unless permission beforehand. 3: No preflooding or uniform raiding. 4: Use sense, if you know it's wrong then its 95% likely you are in the wrong.
