🏫Greggs Training Centre 🧑‍🏫 Our training centre at Greggs PLC is used to train staff members, after their application process, this ensures they can work well on the floor, understanding what do to. It trains our staff to operate our checkouts, provide food for customers. How to clean up spills on the floor and tidy messes that customers leave. 🔒 Our training centre gets locked when a shift is not commencing, to prevent anyone joining. However it is always locked for customers, as they are not trainable because they have not applied. 🔑 Our team of management can unlock the server when a training commences, this allows Trainees to join the training. Management will then re-lock the server to ensure nobody can join mid-training.
