Welcome to Sepulchre City. It and the surrounding territory was once ruled by the most bloodthirsty and the most power-hungry of dictators, but his power has since been toppled by the Insurgency. What is left is now firmly under Insurgent control, though stabilisation of the region is unlikely. Watch your back, because the streets harbor the most abhorrent of living conditions, and there may be desperate civilians disregarding their conscience to take what's yours. If your SUIT meter turns red, you will start to take damage. If there is no SUIT meter, you are completely unprotected and will take significantly more damage.
