The Foundation's training facility for combatant personnel, its location is only known amongst the Director of the Tactical Response Teams, the Head of Security, Mobile Task Force Commanders, the Administrative Department, the O5 Council and the Administrator. Due to its clandestine location, and its lack of strategic importance compared to other facilities under the Foundation's command, it is equipped with less powerful armoured fighting vehicles. UNIFORM GIVER WAS MADE BY - GULLET COMBAT SYSTEM - ACS HELMETS, VESTS AND SKI MASKS WERE NOT MADE BY ME
