[SCPF: Athena] Application Centre

The application center of Site: Athena. This is where you can apply to progress through the Foundation, whether you're a Class-D looking for more or a Security Class-2 looking for a new department to join. It all happens here. Class-D personnel may apply for Security Class-0. Security-Class: 0 personnel may not join a department, but can apply for new Security Clearances. Security-Class 1 personnel may be in one Civil Department and one Combative Department, OR two Civil Departments. Security-Class 2 personnel may be in two Civil Departments and one Combative Department. You must be within the Site Athena main group to apply.
