The National Revolutionary Army in 1947 was in the early days of the Second CPC Civil War, facing the offensive of the People's Liberation Army in the CPC Civil War, strategically changed from a full-fledged offensive to a "focus attack" on the North and Shandong. However, the casualties were heavy, the equipment and morale were not as high as the peak, and the battle of Mengliangyan failed. The battle began to be unfavorable to the National Army.
