[DOM] Province Prefloodable from 4:30PM - 9PM EST. Base Rules: -------------- 1. 3 spikes over 300ms+ or constant is subject for removal. 2. 2 or more 12 stud kills is subject for removal. - 3. Frogging and Speed Glitching is not permitted. - 4. Alternate Accounts will be permanently base-banned. - 5. CW-logged players is subject for removal with the discretion of the defense leader. - 6. SCC-logged players is subject for removal with the discretion of the defense leader. - 7. Admin permissions being abused is subject for admin removal. - 8. Mercenaries will be banned for the duration of the event. - 9. We reserve the right to kick/ban anyone for any reason.
