Ace chemicals is a highly toxic chemical industrial processing plant that was co founded in the pre early Gotham industrial. This was the place where Harley was submerged into a silo of chemicals and rose as the villain herself with the madman himself doing the crimes awarding them selves as king and queen of Gotham city!
