Project Moonville, Hangout and Duels

This was originally supposed to be used as the combat training center for E - Corp. But it was scrapped due to funding issues and the higher ups embezzling the cash. So now it's an open park free to the public where many of set up shops, attractions, or living quarters. Why don't you come on down and view the views down in Project Moonville.
