Floating Origin test
A Roblox experience owned by Hedraware.
Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
[WORK IN PROGRESS TESTING PLACE] Floating origin is a method used to circumvent the floating-point precision error when handling very large distances in games. The player object is always kept at the origin position (0,0,0) while really the game universe moves around it instead. This allows simulation of tremendous scales (and velocities) - particularly useful in space exploration games, objects can be up to literal hundreds of light years away from the map starting point

Growth
Growth history is still building. We hold one measurement for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
