Work in progress. Travvelling the baron wasteland, you get held up for robbery. You've only got a few hundred bottlecaps left... and you need to find someway to make more so you can keep yourself fed. A tycoon nearby was shutdown recently, an easy way to make materials to help rebuild a city once dead... but that'll be a huge investment. An investment you can afford. But you have competition.
