[NAVY/SYS] Maritime Testing

This experience is not yet ready for public testing, but can be seen despite the lack of reason to join. This is a under development (to be) open sourced naval system, specialized for modern ronation combat. It may not launch or reach a feasible state, but if it does we will do more with it.
