West Carpathia Sector 0 is a mostly 1:1 copy of Carpathia Sector 0. Funded by Sydonia and the wealthy Arcadius Corporation, West Carpathia's Sector 0 acts as a false-eye as well as a backup in case of emergencies. While this is normally true, the city is in heavy disrepair due to wealth inequality as well as Judgement Day Insurgents who wreaked havoc on the city during their rebellion. While rebuilding is taking place, it's slow, and funding is low.
