NATO Regulations: -For a raid been official you MUST DM the leader of each army. -You won't spawnkill, ONLY IF BOTH SIDES ACCORD WITH THIS. -Have to determine a certain number of raiders(EXCEPTIONS). -Commiting AA is EXTREMLY PROHIBITED. -Leaders and allies OR Representants must attend. -For a raid been OFFICIAL a HC must be attending. All people present must fight if it is a war on tryhard.
