After years of conflict, the war between the Atlantic Union and the Asiatic Union has entered a strange phase: there is no peace, but neither are there constant direct attacks. Both sides begin to relax, to regroup, as if the world were holding its breath before something worse. But not everyone accepts this calm. The Man of the Pacific, a former ally of the AU, feels betrayed. In his view, the AU is abandoning the war and getting too close to its enemy. In response, he breaks all ties and forms a dangerous alliance with a new player: the Kamize Group.
