You are located 7 miles from Kenai, Alaska, USA, located in a Military-Exclusion zone near a Grandworks LLC storage train to Fairblanks, some rebels from an unknown milita have taken the side-base of "Fort Grand" on a rivene nearby the train and its tracks, in hopes of Acting like pirates from the african country's simmiler-sea "Counter parts" by stopping trains with their loudspeaker and using their conveniant solen valors from the base to take the supplies and send the train onwards.
