The next teleporter takes Wakeful to another city; Capital City, one of the largest cities on the planet. To no surprise, Capital City is also under seige from Dr. Wheelio's rampaging mechanical cronies. Wakeful proceeds to eliminate the robots on the rooftops, and ends up meeting two new allies.
