Conceptualized in 2007, the Zeta Research Center was created by the US Government in Colorado as a way to provide energy to the surrounding area, and to also conduct scientific research. Contained behind it's titanium walls are chemicals, entities and other scientific phenomena that would make most people believe the facility is a rumour.
