Irish Revolutionary Headquarters

When the Irish Revolutionary Alliance was formed as an alliance between the Gaelic Brotherhood and ILC, a meeting place was needed to convene and hold meetings between the Alliance's two wings to resolve disputes and formulate cohesive policy over issues. Thus the Irish Revolutionary Headquarters was created in Dublin to house the Alliance's headquarters and provide its factions with a setting to convene and rally themselves before important events.
