Visitors are allowed, as long as they follow set rules, given by the ministry's leadership. To borrow the facility, you are to contact the ministry's Minister. Limburg Training Quarters is property of The Ministry of Admissions and Border Affairs, meaning the Admissions have FULL place authority.
