🇨🇦 Royal Regina Rifles 👑 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ During World War II, the Royal Regina Rifles served as one of the initial battalions of infantry to land on Juno Beach as part of the invasion of Normandy on D-Day. Their primary task was to provide Direct Fire Support using heavy machine guns.
