Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
The Fleet was constructed to transport members to travel and find new systems around the SCC during the construct of Point Valerius even though it's a fleet in the Caelestus region. After the final construction of the new fort, the fleet welcomed the houses of Audax and Serio into the refuge area as a rally and meeting ground for all members of the houses and Cobalt Nation itself.

Growth
Growth history is still building. We hold one measurement for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
