Testing Zone Outlier is a Combat Simulation Training Program (CSTP) developed by The Kessler Collective. This simulation is designed to push combat units of the [######] Regime to their limits, testing their skills against even the most advanced and anomalous foes. The boundaries of reality blur here. Mistakes lead to death. The Apostle of Rot is watching.
