Royal Air Force Woodvale is a former Royal Air Force station located near Southport, Lancashire, England. Originally opened in 1941 during World War II, it served as a training and operational base for various RAF units, including those involved in coastal defense and air navigation. After the war, it continued as a training station and played a role in various RAF operations. In the 1990s, the station was closed, and its facilities were subsequently sold off. Today, the site is primarily used for civilian purposes, including as a general aviation airfield.
