Pluhket County is one of the 4 counties of Roseau, first settled in the early 1800's and established in 1826. At around 40,000 people, it's the second least populated county, behind Mattagami. The county has many notable landmarks, such as the Pluhgato River and the county forest of the same name. As well as the rocky shores of the Acubian Sea. The county seat and most notable city is Kochinski, containing more than half of the county's population.
