Cases aren't to start till the JAG or his Deputy. Anyone in JAGC who does not follow such orders is to be removed from JAGC without a CM. Court Martial's / Court Cases are to always be held here, the JAG is to attend, and there are to be 2 Juries. *Note* Uniforms are to only be worn with permission of the CJCS+
