PAPI lights (Precision Approach Path Indicator lights) can be found at most airfields. They give pilots an indication of whether they are too high or too low during their approach to the runway. The following colours mean the following things: WHITE WHITE WHITE WHITE: Too high RED WHITE WHITE WHITE: Slightly high RED RED WHITE WHITE: Perfect approach RED RED RED WHITE: Slightly low RED RED RED RED: Too low
