A vast Outpost in the Snowny Billzard lands. Outpost Celicus is a secret outpost located in the Eastern Artic at Sub-Below Frozen Ice. Once kept a secret due to its Crystal Ice Man-Made Bridge kept being under seige from raiders. Credits to AwesomeKillerKevin for this amazing outpost. Rules: There Must Be At least 5 TUSF for An Official Raid No Empty Server Raiding No TUSF/Allies Uniform Raiding No Flaming/Spamming/Exploiting No Auto Wins No Raiding while training
