The Amavan Leadership Palace, nicknamed "Guglielmo's Castle", is one of the most vital buildings to the operation of the National Citadel. During the war, it was shut down over security concerns and has recently had its interior and exterior damages repaired. Now, the Leadership Palace serves as a haven for civilian discussion, interviews, government meetings, addresses, and much more.
