Velisov Institute is a Sovareskan military base located in the isolated wilderness of north-western Norway. Velisov is the largest fortress under Sovareskan control, functioning as the main facility for staff housing and Sovareskan asset storage. Trainings, rallies, and meetings both foreign and domestic are held within the walls of Velisov. Velisov opened officially to Sovareskan forces on May 6th, 2025. Developed by sat0risk
