Based on modern Hellenic Air Force doctrine, the wing emphasizes discipline, communication, and tactical efficiency in every mission. 340 Squadron specializes in multi-role operations, executing precision strike, ground attack, and air interdiction missions with flexibility and effectiveness. 343 Squadron focuses on air superiority and air defense, maintaining control of the skies and protecting friendly forces through escort and interception missions. Together, 340 and 343 Squadrons form a balanced, disciplined, and highly capable combat wing committed to immersive, professional, and realistic operations.
