Cordon Demilitarized Zone

On the edge of a small metropolis on Earth, in a land formerly known as the border between Russia and Mongolia, is a demilitarized zone. The walls of a cordon sanataire divide one side from another: one side is the devastated suburbs, ravaged by the Red Death, and the other is the healthy population. The CDZ's walls section off about a hundred square miles, locking thousands of sick and healthy people inside a lawless prison. The CDZ grants healthy citizens inside the section freedom and safe passage outside. Obey the high ranks. This is a recruitment center: if you wish to have a player-to-member discussion about IPB or join, this is the place to do so.
