This game only runs on PC Hold the Pipboy and then click, this lets you use VATS First click the rig, then hold B and press a number 1-6 WHILE your mouse is hovering over the rig Simply Press X to exit out of Targeting View The chances are based on your magnitude between the HumanoidRootPart of the rig and the body part you select.
