Welcome to Valnocastra, the towering and strategic capital of the province of Ceréalis, the empire's attic! ⚜️ Under the yoke of imperial power, Valnocastra is now led with a firm hand by the number 2 of the Empire, Sir Rhaegar "lancer" of the Emperor, feared strategist and uncontested master of the region. Between iron politics, espionage, and roaring revolts, the city is a theater of intrigue where the fate of the continent can balance.
