Club Bix is, and has been the most esteemed establishment in Motion City for as long as most can remember. The Club was founded by Motionocrat board member Holdero Bix after placing a grant for the completion of a pedestal building for a city statue. The statue ultimately found itself elsewhere in the city, rendering the entire building useless, with massive interior spaces not being used by load bearing elements. Holdero decided to open the first exclusive high society club within the excess space of the pedestal building, along with other eventual tenants. It would come to be an institutional private club for Motion City's elite
