Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
Armed Research Containment Area - 064 is an advanced facility that contains some of the unusual anomalies of the SCPF Universe. Edit - February 11th, 2019: The foundation has made a big decision to relocate to an advanced and more enjoyable site. Edit - March 2nd: We (the foundation) have also agreed to make the new site more sophisticated and advanced. We also want all personnel to enjoy themselves, including Class-D. Edit - March 2nd: As you may know, of our recent SCP breaches has caused some issues in the new site being delayed because E&T needs to work on fixing the containment instead of working on the new site. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Growth history is still building. We hold one measurement for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
