A small regional capital, Belorece is home to just over 16,000 people. Located down a tributary of the Varo River, the city squeezes itself on a reclaimed island beside scenic river marshland. Seeing some of the first action of the Morphian Civil War, its historical forts attempt to stand strong as it supplies the entrenched forces of southern Loute, just north of the Coco border.
