District 3 ------ District 3 is one of the more technologically advanced districts in Panem, though it is among the poorest and more polluted Districts. The district's main industry is electronics, specializing in the production of circuits, computers, and other forms of technology vital to the Capitol's infrastructure. District 3 is known for its intelligent and inventive citizens, many of whom work as engineers, programmers, or mechanics.
